Our Pool is now open. In effort to keep our pool sparkling clean after the current acid wash, I would like to remind residents of our some commonly forgotten Pool/Pool Deck rules.
Please rinse off before entering the pool. We have installed a new warm water shower so there should be no issues of the shower being too cold.Individuals with open sores, wounds or bandages are prohibited from entering the pool.Proper swim attire is required to enter the pool or spa.Infants and Toddlers who are not toilet trained may not enter the pool without “swimmer” diapers or plastic pants. Regular diapers are not permitted in the pool.NO GLASS ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK. (Pursuant to Florida law) Breaking a glass may necessitate a pool drainage in which you will be responsible for the cost of doing so.Running, ball playing, rollerblading frisbee throwing or other activities that may disturb other persons using the pool or pool deck are prohibited.Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to se the spa without adult supervision.Children under the age od 10 are not permitted to use the swimming pool unless accompanied and supervised by an adult.NEW FIRE PITS- Fire Pits are on a first come first serve basis. The fire pits can be used from dusk-11P.M. Please contact the front desk and they will light the fire pit for you. Upon leaving please contact the front desk to turn the fire pit off.BBQ Grills- Please be sure to turn all the knobs on the BBQ in the off position and to close the propane tank.
In the event of any damage to the pool or pool deck caused by any resident or their guests. Owner/Tenant shall be liable for the cost incurred by the Association to repair.
